Position: Senior Graphics Designer Location: Chandigarh, UT (India) Description: Develop and Design web-based applications layouts. Understands web graphics and templates. Simplify complex design problems into concise business solutions. Develop and Design company-marketing brochures. Requirements: Completion of an undergraduate-level education (BA or BS) in graphic design, and direct work experience in this related field is a must. Three to five years experience as a Graphic Designer. Experience with each of the following is required: Photoshop, llustrator, QuarkXPress, MS Office. Excellent organization skills with focused attention to detail. In addition, knowledge of HTML, scanners, and Ftp software. Ability to establish concept designs for projects. Strong conceptual, typographic, design, layout, production, editing, and print prep skills needed. Demonstrate personal organization, time management, resource use skills and self-motivation while working in a team environment with minimum supervision. Ability to work cross functionally and interact effectively with staff and upper-management. Flexibility to work in fast-paced, deadline orientated environment and understands the trade between deadline and perfection. Outstanding verbal, written and phone-based communications skills. Evidence of strong personal motivation and desire to make sustained contributions to work group and organization success. Personal commitment to high quality performance through integrity, accountability, compassion and teamwork. Portfolio of previous experience required.
