Position: Team leader Location: Chandigarh, UT (India) Description: Develops database driven web-based applications and web pages. Coordinates with technical management and follows task/project direction and deadlines. Understands complex web-based application systems architecture and design (Microsoft Technologies). Codes web-based applications and integrates content following UI and graphical guidelines. Requirements: Bachelor/BE/B.TECH/ME/MTECH/MCA (or consummate experience in Internet development/programming) from a reputed institute. At least 2-5 years paid experience in software/application development in an OOP environment. At least two year of VB.Net, ASP.NET, C#, ADO, COM and SQL Server 2000 experience. In depth knowledge of Microsoft Technologies, in particular, .Net Framework, Active directory and SQL Server. Strong SQL, stored procedures, triggers, and database design. Must have experience in working with larger teams. Able to lead the team and coach junior staff. Ability to work in a dynamic and challenging business environment. Ability to communicate and meet with non-technical end users and upper level management for the application requirements. Experience with UML and Visual Source Safe is a plus. Once hired, responsibilities will include maintaining existing and creating new proprietary web and windows based business applications. Must be quality and detail oriented. Must be self motivated and success driven. Must pass company test for .Net, SQL, HTML, JavaScript, and SQL Server. Valid Passport(optional) and references/background check.
